Jane Molnar is an extraordinary teacher who has the ability to spark the interest and attention of her young students. Her style of teaching is focused and it challenges students to think and to reason out conclusions rather than to memorize answers. She has patience with her pupils and perseverance in an academic field that so many schools have given up on.

Jane is a good listener with parents, teachers, and most importantly her students. Her caring shines through like a beacon of hope in an educational system that has let down so many young people.

I am writing to thank you for the wonderful classes. My son has been very enthusiastic about the mathematics he has learned and enthusiastic about going to class, even after school!

I have been extremely impressed with the high quality of the classroom atmosphere you have created. The kids work quietly and happily yet relish the chance to contribute ideas and answers.

My children have attended both academic private and public schools. I can honestly say that they have never had a better teacher in any subject. You are outstanding!

Our son eagerly anticipates each Thursday afternoon with Jane. YES! Algebra at 3:30 pm! Jane’s enthusiasm and love of math are contagious. The children are stimulated to problem solve: thinking of different solutions and other ways of looking at the same problem. They are taught skills that are carried over to their other classrooms.

Who would think algebra could be so much fun? With Jane’s encouragement of cooperation, group support and individual growth — the children are always winners. Without giving out too many of her secrets — storytelling, mysteries, and clues abound! — a terrific time will be had by all in this brain-stretching program.

Since enrolling in your algebra class last year, Emily and John’s computative skills have increased by at least 50%.

Emily was fair at math last year. Now, thanks to you, she not only has a mastery of the basic concepts, she also has a strong foundation on which to build. Furthermore, her self confidence in approaching and solving problems seems to be growing every day. She is an A student.

John, who was marginal, but very determined to learn, now believes there is no problem he cannot solve. And with a little help from you, he is right. I’m so proud of my son. You’ve made my children competitive!

I am totally amazed at the magic of Ms. Molnar’s teaching. The children are motivated and very excited about learning algebra. It has helped Princess gain confidence not only in her mathematical abilities but throughout all her studies. She gets excited with the subject of math because she is familiar with much of the language which has only been through her teachings with Ms. Molnar. It can completely change a child’s attitude about learning new things when the new things are taught in an innovative and creative way. It can definitely create a lasting and positive effect on that child’s future in whatever field he or she choses to go into.
